ABOUT ME



JOÃO C. CIMURRO
My name is João Claudio Cimurro, and I’ve dedicated my life to high-performance sport. I started judo in 2005, turned professional in 2011, and represented Brazil internationally. Since 2012, I’ve also focused on strength training and sports performance, gaining hands-on experience that shapes my work today.
After earning a scholarship, I pursued a degree in Exercise and Sports Science at one of Brazil’s top universities, discovering my mission: transforming lives through physical training.
Now based in Australia, I work as a judo athlete, personal trainer, online coach, and strength coach for professional fighters and stunt performers.
With my online program, I bring this experience to help you reach your goals with structure, smart tools, and real guidance — at any fitness level.

Progress comes with time and the right strategy. Every session for my athletes is a small part of a larger puzzle.
Periodisation guides the body through planned cycles, where each stimulus creates specific structural and physiological adaptations. Load, intensity, and volume shift like a symphony.
